Pile Testing

    • PDI - TOMO 3D Tomographic Software
    • Model:TOMO
      Country of Origin:USA
Use:PDI-TOMO is a 3D tomography imaging tool that supplements the CHAMP output. It analyzes wave speeds (derived from arrival time data from the scans of all pairs of tubes) to yield a wave speed map of the entire shaft volume. Since concrete strength is related to wave speed, this analysis is useful in cases where CHA-W analysis reveals a defect but does not give a precise idea of its extent.
    • Atlas - Titan 650
    • Model: Titan650
      Country of Origin: England
Use:The Titan 650 is a remotely controlled, automated, programmable load applicator for static load tests of piles, anchors and soil nails.
    • PDI Pile Driving Analyzer PDA-8G
    • Model:PDI Pile Driving Analyzer PDA-8G
      Country of Origin:USA
Use: Meets ASTM D4945 Standards. High strain dynamic load testing and pile driving monitoring system. Perform dynamic load testing on most types of deep foundations.
    • PDI - Shaft Area Profile Evaluator (SHAPE)
    • Model:SHAPE
      Country of Origin:USA
Use:A cost effective QA testing device providing a visual representation of foundation excavation prior to concrete pour in wet conditions Wireless acquisition calculations of shaft profile to determine shaft radius, volume and verticality, 360 degree, 2D and 3D profile views Data acquisition at a rate of approximately one scan per second with eight channels scanned simultaneously Quick connection to Kelly bar or can be used with a top mount winch system
    • PDI Cross-Hole Analyzer CHAMP-Q
    • Model:PDI CHAMP-Q
      Country of Origin:USA
Use:The Cross-Hole Analyzer determines the quality and consistency of the concrete of drilled shafts, slurry walls, bored piles, cast-in-situ piles and other types of concrete foundations. It may be used for crosshole sonic logging (CSL) of drilled shafts or single hole sonic logging (SSL) of smaller augered cast-in-place piles.
    • PDI - Pile Integrity Tester (PIT)
    • Model:PIT-Q
      Country of Origin:USA
Use:Low strain integrity testing by pulse echo or transient response methods. Reveals potential shaft or pile defects such as major cracks, necking, soil inclusions or voids Can be used to determine unknown pile lengths Available in three versions (cabled and wireless): velocity only, force and velocity, or two velocity channels Optional PIT-Professional reporting software allows advanced modeling and analysis
